REFUND POLICY

1) The below terms are valid throughout the year with the exception of the period between 24th Dec and 3rd jan 100% retention for no-shows or for cancellations within 15 days of the booking.

2) No refunds/Cancellations on the periods of 24/Dec to 3/Jan and long weekends.

3) 75 % advance payment required to secure the reservation.

4) Outside guests are not allowed in Guest Rooms.100 % advance payment required to secure the reservation from 24th Dec to 3rd Jan. No refunds during this period. Minimum 5 nights required as a minimum period.
 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Cancellation less than 15 days of arrival: 01-night retention will be charged
 

2) Cancellation less than 07 days of arrival: 50% retention will be charged

3) No show / Last minute amendment: 100% retention will be charged
